Lets look at the example of 2 people with a crippling disease, both can’t walk, both are confined to a wheel chair. Seems like life has dealt them a harsh blow right? But then why is it that one lives out a life of misery and self pity whilst the other works hard, becomes a Paralympian, an inspirational figure and is able to live a happy fulfilled life? The hard truth is as Henry Ford so aptly put it:
“If you think you can do a thing or think you can’t do a thing, you’re right.”
It sounds simple in theory right? But changing the way you think and behave on your own can be confusing and challenging and knowing where to start can be the biggest hurdle. But you’re not on your own and as your Confidence coach, I will help you see that change is possible and your goals are within your reach In Shaa Allaah.
I’m passionate to find out what truly makes you happy and then helping you step into that life. This means challenging existing thought and behaviour patterns, identifying your limiting beliefs, reaching for your highest dreams and finding ways to get there.
Change doesn’t have to be hard or even slow, you just have to have trust in Allaah (SWT), be willing to do things differently and be open to the idea that what you want is within your reach and closer than you think.
